The Goldworks Ltd. offers a complete design and redesign service. You tell us what you would like and we can make it for you. We offer several levels of custom design. We have almost four thousand rubber molds with wax patterns of all kinds. You can pick from one of these patterns and have something created or you can utilize our complete CAD / CAM computerized jewellery design and milling services.
One of our most popular services is redesigning old and worn out jewellery. We can take your old stones and gold and transform them into a completely new piece of jewellery. Pictured above is our Gemvision Digital Goldsmith jewellery design software. Once you make an appointment with us for a custom jewellery design, we can produce a digital image of the jewellery design you want. This is all done during your appointment so you can get an accurate visualization of the piece of jewellery before a wax model is created and cast into metal ensuring you get exactly the design you are looking for.
After a jewellery design is decided on, it is imported into our Gemvision Matrix 3D jewellery design software (pictured above). This software enables us to create a 3D model of the jewellery exactly to scale. Once the model has been created in 3D it is also very easy to make any changes you may want to the jewellery design. This program also produces high quality rendered images of the 3D jewellery model so you are able to see exactly what your jewellery will look like in metal with all of the stones. Once we've finalized a jewellery design and a 3D model has been created, we can mill the 3D model into wax with our Gemvision REVO mill (pictured above). This machine connects with our 3D jewellery software and accurately cuts out an exact replication of the 3D model into wax. The wax model can then be cast into metal with our induction casting system.
One of our latest additions to our store is our Romanoff induction casting machine. This new machine casts gold and silver at exact temperatures which produces very high quality castings with little to no porosity and defects in the metal.
We can take your stones and set them into a completely new creation. We can perform all kinds of setting tasks. Claw setting, bezel setting, channel setting, bead setting, we can do it all.
